1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GA4 Reports. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GA4 Reports website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

GA4 Reports is an automated Google Analytics 4 reporting platform that helps marketing professionals and agencies generate professional analytics reports in 60 seconds. Our Service includes:

• Automated GA4 data collection and report generation
• Multiple professional report templates
• AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Custom branding (logos, colors, white-labeling)
• PDF export and email delivery
• Scheduled automated reports
• Folder organization and report management
• Annotations and custom segments

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Have a valid Google Analytics 4 property to connect

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not sharing your account with others

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree to immediately notify us at support@ga4reports.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Pricing Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Starter (£49/month): 10 reports per month, 1 GA4 property, 3 templates, custom branding, PDF export
• Professional (£99/month): Unlimited reports, unlimited GA4 properties, all 5 templates, AI insights, scheduled reports, priority support
• Agency (£199/month): Everything in Professional plus dedicated account manager, 1-on-1 onboarding, feature request priority

4.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with Starter tier features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.3 Billing and Payment

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribe
• Payment method: We accept major credit cards through Stripe
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Failed payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended
• Currency: All prices are in British Pounds (GBP)

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us at billing@ga4reports.com for a full refund.

After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle
• Your account will be downgraded to the free trial tier (view-only access to existing reports)
• Scheduled reports will be disabled

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Your subscription tier determines your usage limits:

• Starter: 10 reports per month, 1 GA4 property
• Professional & Agency: Unlimited reports and GA4 properties

"Unlimited" is subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service through excessive automated requests, API abuse, or other activities that negatively impact our infrastructure.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or API policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Google Analytics Integration

7.1 OAuth Authorization

To use our Service, you must authorize GA4 Reports to access your Google Analytics 4 data through Google OAuth. We request read-only access (analytics.readonly scope) to your GA4 properties.

7.2 Your Responsibilities

• You must have legitimate access to the GA4 properties you connect
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to access and share the analytics data
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and Analytics Terms of Service
• You must not violate any data privacy laws when using our Service

7.3 Disconnecting GA4

You may revoke our access to your Google Analytics data at any time by disconnecting your account in settings or through your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting will prevent new reports from being generated but will not delete existing reports.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and materials of the Service are owned by GA4 Reports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to:

• Your Google Analytics data
• Reports you generate using our Service
• Custom branding elements (logos, colors)
• Annotations, segments, and other content you create

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8.3 White-Label Reports

Professional and Agency tier users may remove GA4 Reports branding from their reports. However, this does not grant you ownership of our underlying technology, code, or intellectual property.

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Third-party service outages (Google, Stripe, hosting providers)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

9.2 Customer Support

• Starter: Email support (response within 48 hours)
• Professional: Priority email support (response within 24 hours)
• Agency: Dedicated account manager, priority support (response within 12 hours)

Support is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT, excluding UK public holidays.

10. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data
• Row-level security (RLS) on database tables
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GA4 REPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content or reports
• Any third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of reports or data

You acknowledge that reports generated by our Service are based on data from Google Analytics and AI-powered analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights or recommendations. You are responsible for verifying all data and making your own business decisions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GA4 Reports, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including Google's Terms of Service)
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or data you submit through the Service

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription in account settings or contacting support@ga4reports.com.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payment fails and you do not update your payment method
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with 30 days' notice)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data after 30 days (unless required by law to retain it)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Add or remove features
• Change pricing (with 30 days' notice)
• Update these Terms (with notice via email or in-app notification)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against GA4 Reports.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GA4 Reports regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
